Illusions
This acrylic painting, on paper, is abstract and based on the book called illusions by Richard Bach. I experience abstract art as more real than documenting a realistic object because abstract art documents the emotions and feelings around the experience of interacting with objects, environments and others. In making abstract art I focus on basic art fundamentals and follow in the footsteps of amazing people like John Cage and how he used the book “I Ching” and Taoist philosophy to create intuitive art works.
